Problem

Ensuring maximum safety and reliability

Diving hoses are in constant indirect contact with the human body during use and are therefore classified as items that pose a risk to life and limb.

The aim of developing a new medium-pressure hose (8 to 13 bar working pressure) was therefore to offer a maximum degree of safety without losing sight of customer-speciﬁc requirements requirements.

Step by step, we worked with our customer to develop different versions of the medium-pressure hose that meet the necessary EN 250 standard. Additional manufacturing and testing procedures were designed and introduced specifically for this purpose.
