Analyses, tests and evaluations

In the first step, we sought and evaluated alternative printing processes for polymer surfaces. Laser printing was identified as the most promising process due to its resistance to abrasion and chemical media.

Following the production of the first sample parts, tests were initiated which compared them with existing items. This ensured that existing specifications would not be negatively affected.

Result

More consistent, more efficient and more sustainable

After several further developments, we were able to present our customers with initial samples and integrate their feedback. The process was then introduced and implemented in production. This has simplified the entire production process. There is no need to use consumables such as ink or solvents, and legibility and traceability are guaranteed for a long time, even under the most adverse conditions.
