RAUPAMID

PA pipes made from PA 6, PA 6.6, PA6.10, PA 6.12 or PA12 offer many advantages, such as high chemical resistance, compressive strength, and temperature resistance. RAUPAMID pipes are manufactured in a narrow outer diameter tolerance range and are therefore also suitable for connection with standard push-fit fittings. 
Areas of application include mechanical engineering, the automotive/commercial vehicle sector, central lubrication systems, bicycle hydraulic brakes, welding technology and much more.

RAUPURAN and RAUFLEXAM

PUR hoses with or without thread reinforcement are characterized by pressure and abrasion resistance as well as flexibility at low temperatures. Manufactured in various Shore hardness ranges, microbe-resistant material types are also possible.
RAUPURAN and RAUFLEXAM hoses are used, for example, in measurement and control technology, in machine and engine construction, in the chip and laser industry or in hose packages for industrial robots.

RAUPASTAM

PVC/PUR hoses are thread-reinforced; the thin-walled inner hose is available in either PVC or the more temperature-resistant PUR. The RAUPASTAM achieves its compressive strength through a comprehensive and technically correct diagonal reinforcement. 
RAUPASTAM hoses are mainly used as cooling lines in welding equipment or as control lines in pneumatic systems.

RAUAQUA

Engineered with the expertise for use as drinking water hoses in accordance with the German drinking water standard KTW-BWGL and DIN 16421, RAUAQUA hoses hold drinking water approvals for both cold and hot water in Germany, as well as other foreign approvals.
With a wide range of possible technical designs, we develop the right product for every application.

RAUCROSS

Our shrink tubing is made from cross-linked, specially modified polymers. Cross-linking makes these polymers heat shrinkable. Thanks to their outstanding insulation properties, excellent mechanical and thermal behavior and simple, problem-free application, RAUCROSS heat-shrinkable tubing can be used in a wide range of applications, e.g. for insulating, marking, bundling and protecting cable harnesses and connections or as a coating and corrosion protection for holding rods and handles.

RAUPRENE

Hoses made of Santoprene are characterized by very good chemical resistance and are manufactured by us in a wide range of dimensions and Shore hardnesses. RAUPRENE hoses are used in peristaltic pumps for the pharmaceutical industry, food industry, cosmetics, filling technology, laboratories, medicine, swimming pools and much more.

RAUTOXAM

Rautoxam hoses are pest control hoses used in agriculture.
Applications include the pumping of water, compressed air and the application of pesticides and insecticides in agriculture.

RAUFILTEC

Medium-pressure hoses for conveying with pressure values up to 40 bar (20C°)
These cold-resistant multi-purpose hoses are used wherever a higher pressure load is required, for example for spreading fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides in agriculture or for conveying compressed air and water.

RAUFILAM-E

Thread-reinforced food and industrial hoses made of phthalate-free PVC
Our PVC hoses are compliant with Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 and Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011. Thanks to its high transparency and outstanding flexibility, RAUFILAM-E can be used in many different areas, such as the automotive industry, mechanical engineering, construction industry, beverage industry and compressed air distribution.

RAUALCO

Our PVC beverage hoses are tested in accordance with DIN 6650-5:2014-12 and DIN 6653-1:2018-09 for beverage or basic material lines and are confirmed with the SK mark SK017-029.
Handling, installation in dispensing systems and cleaning are made easier thanks to the flexibility of our beverage hoses. The RAUALCO is also available as a thread-reinforced version for applications with higher pressure loads.

RAUCLAIR-E

Food and industrial hoses for non-pressurized applications.
Our RAUCLAIR-E hoses have a declaration of conformity in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 and Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 and are therefore suitable for media such as water, coffee, soft drinks, beer and wine (up to 20% alcohol).

The QUATTROFLEX PROFI + irrigation hose with PVC-free inner layer is characterized by its special hose geometry, among other things. Angular edges ensure a high level of grip and stability, while the particularly high wall thickness of the hose ensures optimum kink resistance, pressure resistance and dimensional stability. The hose is particularly suitable for the following areas of application: Garden centers, construction, industry, municipalities, sports facilities.

QUATTROFLEX PLUS +

QUATTROFLEX PLUS + is designed to resist difficult kinking, abrasion resistance under high loads and very good handling. The high-quality fabric insert and the high wall thickness guarantee extreme pressure resistance and dimensional stability. Another special feature: the PVC-free inner layer. QUATTROFLEX PLUS + is particularly suitable for the following areas of application: Fruit and organic cultivation, greenhouses, nurseries, sports facilities, municipalities, hobby areas (garden irrigation, garden showers, pools).

SLIDE LINE

Good handling and high sliding properties thanks to a unique, specially formulated hose surface (Easy Slide Technology) make this garden hose a special product. Its high-quality fabric insert ensures high pressure resistance and dimensional stability, making the irrigation hose suitable for intensive use. The hose is particularly suitable for use in the private sector, ideal in conjunction with a hose reel.
